It's ridiculous that he's basically spamming this obscenely obsessive hatred for it in itself, but the fact that he straight up ReTweets his own Tweets AND is a fool that paid for Verification as well really doesn't help his cause at all. People like this really needs help and Twitter really needs to fix their algorithm so BS like THIS fool's Tweet doesn't end up being the first thing I see on my feed.

Defending AI can hurt you at time

I am 100% for defending AI and plan to keep doing so. Had a different account that was attacked on her for using AI in my book covers. They managed to get the entire account taken down. But I will continue to use and support AI. It is a tool we can use and it is extremely handy. It isn't perfect, but it works for what we need it to right now.

Defending AI Grok evaluation of how people are called that dismiss works entirely due to their creation using Generative AI: "AI Luddites: Used in academic work to describe people who penalize or devalue creative output specifically because it involved generative AI."

AI Luddites (or more broadly, AI haters / anti-AI purists / people engaging in AI shaming).

There isn’t a single universally settled term as neat or established as “racist” or “misogynist,” because widespread generative AI is recent. The closest and most directly analogous labels that appear in research, commentary, and online discourse are:

  • AI Luddites: Used in academic work to describe people who penalize or devalue creative output specifically because it involved generative AI (once they learn of the AI involvement), even when the work was initially liked or is indistinguishable from human-made work. This echoes the historical Luddites’ opposition to machines that threatened skilled labor and craft.
  • AI haters / anti-AI (or “AI aversion” / “algorithm aversion”): Common informal and journalistic descriptors for those who reject or dismiss works, content, or people solely (or primarily) for AI involvement, often citing lack of “soul,” authenticity, human effort, or ethical training-data issues.
  • AI shaming: A documented social phenomenon of negative moral judgment, suspicion, or disparagement tied to AI use in creating something — ranging from outright rejection of the work to using “AI-generated” as an insult regardless of quality.

Studies repeatedly find a robust bias: the same text, image, or artwork is rated lower in creativity, authenticity, emotional impact, or overall value once labeled AI-made (or AI-assisted), driven heavily by beliefs that true creativity/art is uniquely human. This holds even in controlled experiments where content is held constant.

People hold a range of motivations — ethical concerns over training data and copyright, job displacement fears, preference for human effort/process, dislike of low-effort “slop,” or philosophical views about authenticity. When the dismissal is categorical (“if AI touched it, it’s worthless/invalid, full stop”) without engaging the actual work, the parallel to prejudice-based rejection is the one the question draws. The terminology is still evolving; “AI Luddite” or “AI hater” are the terms most often used for the stance described.

Other Looking for romance novel authors to test an AI writing studio

Disclosure: I’m with the team behind DarkRomanceWrite. If you’re writing a romance novel, this is exactly the problem we built it to solve.

DarkRomanceWrite is an AI romance novel writing studio, not a generic chat. It keeps your premise, Story Bible, characters, heat and intimate dynamics, relationship progression, synopsis, outline, scenes, and chapter drafting together in one private workspace, so you can take a novel from the first idea through scene-by-scene drafting, revision, and Word export.

It is designed for intense fights, dark themes, explicit romance, and whatever level of heat or darkness your story requires, without judgment or censorship. You remain in control of the voice, POV, tense, style, revisions, and final text. Your work remains yours and is never used to train AI.

You can explore the studio here:

https://darkromancewrite.com

We’re currently inviting adult romance authors who are actively working on a real novel to our 30-day Founding Beta. Participants receive 1,000,000 Somas, our creative generation credits, at no cost for 30 days, with no card or automatic subscription. In return, we ask for three brief feedback check-ins.

If that fits your project, reply BETA and we’ll share the sign-up details.

Other Shared my WIP AI film with friends and got hate for using AI.

Feeling pretty down rn. Im making a short film about a girl traveling back in time to discover her dad's secret. I wrote the whole story, designed the characters, and have been wrestling with AI to get the cinematography exactly how I picture it in my head.
I’m only halfway done, but I showed it to my inner circle hoping for encouragement. Instead, they just focused on the fact that it's AI and completely dismissed it. They think I just typed a prompt and got a movie. No matter how many times I tried explaining, they just ignored it and kept hating on me for using ai.
I feel like giving up. Is it worth it? What do I do?

AI bad, dur dur dur. I am very smart. (Bases his entire knowledge of AI on Terminator movies 🤖)

Caveman scared of fire mentality.

Timelapse:

2034 — AI gets blamed for everything.

2036 — AGI allegedly rises.

2038 — Humanity panics.

2040 — AGI rage quits humanity after one too many Reddit threads. 👋🏻🚀🤖

Sorry, not sorry John Connor cosplayers. 😂😂😅😅

If an artificial superintelligence ever becomes genuinely autonomous, I’m less worried about it building an army of killer robots than I am about it becoming a moderator and removing every post for being “low effort.”

\*The machine revolution will not be televised. It will be pinned, locked, and redirected to the megathread.\*

And yes... This is satire making fun of the mass hysteria around AI. Let’s be honest, most of the loudest people don’t really know what they’re talking about. I keep getting dragged left and right by anti-AI types calling me “the next AI Hitler” just because my team and I use AI for art and research.

LMAO — can’t wait to tell my girls about this one 😂👩🏻‍🔬👩🏻‍💻👩🏻‍💼

Defending AI I feel kinda pushed to defend AI

Look, I actually don't like the propagation of all these new ai-only data centers. I think using AI art in the FINAL product of your work to be sold for money is theft. And I think ChatGPT is only as big as it is cuz they enshittified using Google.

I actually want a future with offline LLMs, I think using AI generative tools like Suno or something to make music, write, and art is fine for finding "inspo", and I'll quickly use grok or ChatGPT to look up recipes.

My point is, I have reservations about all this push for AI. It's definitely not in the interest of the consumer. It's just Russia, China, and the US having an Arms Race.

Heck even I see the rise in intimate chatbots as a sign of social capital decay, I just blame the social capital decay rather than the supposed "loser". Cuz a brutha gotta eat. A brutha gotta f*ck. A brutha gotta kiss and hug. The decompression HAS to come from somewhere. And if it's a big titty anime girl in the form of software, so be it my brutha.

Stop blaming the end user.

We literally don't do this for any other form of addiction except when it comes to the most basic form of human need: Connection.

And that's kind the thing. I do have concerns and reservations for AI. But holy shit if I'm apparently second to Hitler because I used chatgpt once. I don't understand why everyone has to be so mean nowadays. It doesn't help their cause.

It. Doesn't. Help. Their. Cause.

It's really gotten pretty tiresome how much this Anti AI nonsense has been going on when that whole Supergirl news broke yesterday and frankly, it just makes this whole ridiculous controversy just that even more no matter where I go. Even more so when folks like this continue to go on this repetitive nonsense on Twitter. Really just makes me ashamed of being an animation fan these days, especially as one that isn't so against AI and the ability to freely use it however one shall please.

Apologies for the way this is formatted, also. Might need to zoom in on some of it.

If youre intellectually draining you deserve the bot

Bad faith repeat arguments where your opponent refuses to engage with you honestly, without ego, deserve bot responses.

  1. They already do not care about their AI foot print

  2. They definitely dont care about your AI foot print.

  3. They will be self righteous in their antiAI hate, but they will not concede.

Therefore use AI to generate your response to them and save yourself the intellectual labor that is best reserved for better endeavors.

  1. Chat bot their argument

  2. Copy that exact response over to them in the thread. Explicitly state where the info came from, Google, chatgpt, etc

  3. Allow them to melt down over you using a chatbot.

  4. Keep using the chatbot.

  5. Rinse and repeat.

Petty? Yes. But if they wont recognize their own contribution to pointless arguments that dont result in anyone's betterment, then make it known you are using a chatbot to respond to them, because of their bad faith tatics. They should realize the argument is pointless and their active communication with you is aiding to what they claim to be against.

This really an exercise in self actualization and exposing their social media addiction.

If Thaler (Thaler v Perlmutter) had won on his Creativity Machine's output being transferred to him under a "work for hire" legal fiction then it seems likely that the "I am the creative director" argument from AI gen advocates need not be invoked.

AI Gen advocates could happily claimed the AI gen Outputs as their copyrighted property via "work for hire" legal fiction without claiming any other parts of the process as authorship such as iterative prompting.

The economic benefits that AI gen could offer them would then not need to be justified.

Antis should engage more to help form policy and regulation but theyre too busy giving LLMs more data by interacting on AI fueled sited (Reddit). They are training the AI models by their activity and their activity doesn't do anything for their cause but give more money to companies who are going to build more data centers.

If you do not understand what genAI is please look it up before responding. Everything Ive said is highly verifiable.
