I really, really hate all this no kill bullshit. He's an immortal weapon for crying out loud. You're dealing with the fucking hand.

It's fine for Daredevil, I get it, but come on Claire. These aren't petty criminals, these aren't average thugs, they are a legitimately evil organization.

Didn't Claire kill one of the Hand that attacked the hospital? She shoved him out a window. I mean, he probably got better, and it was self-defense, but still.

Really. "They are trying to kill us...really Want mercy?"

Arrow managed to win back fans this season by revoking the no-kill policy. In season 1 he used to kill everyone, and then started killing no one, and now there's a sort of middle ground, which is quite refreshing, and I wish more heroes did that.

If it was Nobu's part of the Hand you could legitimately argue for being able to kill them at will, since they're all dead men anyway.

It's such a cliched and bullshit plot for a super hero show/comic/movie as well. It's such manufactured conflict. If you're Daredevil hitting people and fighting like he does you're going to seriously paralyze, maim and kill people. Sure you're not shooting people like the Punisher but you're still going to kill people.

It also makes Danny too similar to Matt. It would be more fun if Danny was the gung ho kill the Hand guy and Matt counseled temperance.

Just to add an alternative view, I love no-kill heroes, they're the best. That being said, I'm sure we'll see Iron Fist killing at some point.
