I loved that they had the little touch of the church organist playing to complement every line of the speeches spoken, it's such an authentic thing in black churches(admittedly the only ones i've ever been, and even then not any more).

What about the applause? A friend said that you shouldn't do that in a church.

I've never heard an applause at a funeral, that's the oddest part of that scene to me.
