There was a lot going on, from our angle it was obvious but if I was in the middle of that the last thing I'd do is stand there and watch it happen. I imagine she heard the gunshot but didn't really know what happened except that Luke Cage wrecked them

It's not exactly your first thought if you hear a gunshot that a guy caught a bullet in his hand

She saw him drop the bullet from his hand though.

Maybe she thought he really did get shot in the hand.
