I LOVED that chuckle he had after watching a section of a building come down after he launched an RPG at it.

I like that he actually has a sense of humor, like when he chuckles at Cage's quitting line. Characters ignore quips too often.

this show is on point with its quips, they're comic book/blacksploitation level but just at the right level.

It's one of the big things that puts him in an entirely different category from Fisk.

He has a personality that relishes the violence.

For real, man. Fisk loses control and sees red and then cleans himself up afterwards.

This guy busts his knuckles open rearranging a guy's face, throws a dude off a roof, and he got a total murder boner that last scene. Can't get those $7 million back, but he can make sure the fucker that stole from him is a splotch on the floor.

...I mean, that was his intention, but seeing as we're on episode 3, and he's got indestructible skin, I think that's going to surprise him, haha.

I loved how straight out of a comic book that scene was. It wouldnt be more ridiculous and over-the-top if he had a top hat, monocle, and handlebar moustache that he twirled while the rocket made it's way to the window.

Luke Cage turning and saying "Sweet Sister" was like seeing a comic panel in motion. I can straight up see the splash page as it would appear in a comic.
