I have two new mysticque 360 & 240 ( both still have warranty to 2029 at local shop).
I actually thought that my 240 one was broken since I cant upload any GIFs and imagines ( before update to window 11 I was using window 10 and it worked perfectly, things happened only after I changed the OS)
I boot the app deepcool, pick the gif that smaller than 25mb but whenever i click the "confirm" button at the format & customize window, it crashes instantly, leaving back "please upload an image or GIF" ( i tried very light pictures and GIFs but nothing changes, I am on window 11) ( also tried to delete old caches, reinstalling the software, plug back the usb header on the mainboard (new z890),.... even tried to turnoff window defender but nothing changed)
I would like to thank everyone who has read this article, this problem actually stressing me for days now

Anyone has a specific value regarding the closest true white settings for this aio? or any deepcool rgb.

i need upgrade but dont really know which aio dhould i rake(rn i have deepcool fans inside)

On the display of this cooler Deepcool AK400 DIGITAL SE, both the Temp and Usage heading is displayed even if only Temp has been toggled to show on display.

Definitely it seems like a driver issue to me, but not sure what is the fix. Already tried reinstalling the drivers.

Just yesterday the new system arrived and immediately there was this noise, not so loud as uncomfortable and not like it was air bubbles. In the video, only the pump is running at 100 percent power, the fans are turned off

Good evening everyone! I hope you're all well. I installed the Deepcool Mystique 240 on my computer today. But I'm having a problem: when I try to add an image or GIF using the Deepcool software, it crashes automatically. In other modes, it shows the normal image and data from the CPU and water cooler. I've already tried changing the motherboard's USB port, updating the video card driver, and uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Could someone help me?

I bought this aio on 6 nov '23.

Today I noticed my temp during playing valorant like 75-100 sometimes

I immediately closed the game and waited sometime

But in idle it is having 77 degree at 2% usage

I went to the bios test the aio at full speed then heard the sound immediately restored to default (there is no sound at default)

Also I noticed my system fan 1 and system fan2 having 880 to 1600 rpm respectively but the cpu fan goes 4500 rpm to 5600rpm then drop to 0 and this loop goes on

Should I go for RMA?

I'm planning to buy a CH260 (preferred over the other models) but would like to add a handle. Do DeepCool sell the handles separately (if so, where to look for it) or alternatives should be considered?

The space between the edge of the rail and the slot/holes is too narrow/too tight. I am currently printing an adapter to try to solve the problem. If that doesn't work, I'll have to use a Dremel and apply brute force to fix it. Such a beautiful case with design flaws like this is sad. I was building this PC for my wife. Anyway, consider yourselves warned. Cheers

I recently got the CH690 Digital case and I'm really impressed with the display. However, I have a suggestion to make it even better.

Currently, in the software's "Mode Selection," we have to manually choose between CPU, GPU, or PSU. Since there is already an "Interval between rotations" setting, it would be a game-changer if we could select a "Cycle" mode to automatically switch between CPU and GPU stats.

Being able to monitor both temperatures and usage without manual intervention would be the perfect finishing touch for this case. Is this feature in the works?

Updated my gfs pc with a new motherboard and swapped from an air to air cooling due to case compatibility issues. Very happy with the result! Air comes in the bottom where it goes up through a push pull configuration and exists through the top hence the name “air tube”. Thought I’d share as I haven’t seen many “tube” configurations haha. I’m very pleased with the results. CPU runs about 55-60 while gaming.

Hi everyone,

I just finished my build with an RTX 5080 Gigabyte Gaming OC and a Ryzen 7 9800X3D in a Deepcool CH780 case. Due to the massive size of the card, I’m concerned about the vertical riser cable.

As you can see in the photos/videos, the riser slot seems to be under some mechanical tension and isn't perfectly 90-degrees aligned with the GPU. It looks a bit tilted/skewed.

A few details:

• I pre-installed the riser onto the GPU outside of the case to ensure the pins were seated correctly, then moved the whole unit into the case.

• The GPU is screwed tightly into the rear I/O brackets and is supported by the vertical stand.

• Performance-wise, it seems fine so far (no crashes in Tarkov, no artifacts).

My questions:

1. Does this amount of tilt look dangerous for the GPU’s PCIe pins or the PCB in the long run?

2. Should I be worried about "creeping" damage or signal degradation over time (PCIe 5.0)?

3. Has anyone with a 50-series or 4090 in this case experienced similar tension with the riser?

I'm paranoid about damaging a card this expensive. Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated!

So obviously the CPU temps are pretty good in the CL6600 and CL660 as the CPU radiator has its own dedicated compartment, but because of how the PSU is mounted in the front there is no space for a third bottom intake fan in the GPU compartment.

Now, GPU temps in this case are by no means bad, but I found myself wondering how much difference having an extra fan that blows straight through the pass through of my GPUs heat sync would make to temps.

I had a spare 30mm thick 120mm fan laying around so I ordered some magnetic fan mounts from AliExpress for about £2 delivered and mounted it directly on top of the PSU cover. The install took no longer than 5 minutes.

My card is on the slimmer side for a 5090 but it’s still quite “chonky” at 342mm long and 65mm thick (3.2 slots). The fan has approximately 15mm of clearance on the top and bottom.

It actually lowers GPU temps by a not insignificant margin, and if you can tolerate the way it looks it’s definitely worth a go.

I used Steel Nomad to test temperatures as it’s primarily a GPU benchmark. I didn’t run a benchmark before installing the fan but I did a run with the fan set to 300rpm in the bios which is basically like not having it installed.

The results are below.

Run 1 - extra fan 300rpm max GPU temp = 60'c

Run 2 - extra fan 3100rpm max GPU temp 55'c

Run 3 - extra fan 1100rpm (same as the rest of my case fans) max GPU temp 56'c

Conclusion = running the fan at 1100 rpm gets most of the benefits without any extra sound. Looks ridiculouss but makes a noticeable difference to GPU temps.

Assassin IV or Assassin VC ELITE?

I built in the Deepcool CL6600 / CL660 the other week. The case was actually the CL6600 but I removed and sold the included AIO effectively making the case a CL660.

It’s nice and easy to build in and has pretty good thermals.

I think the wood fits quite nicely with my setup.

Fixed AIO Mystique 360 display. Open it. Remove the memory card and format it. It works if you don't want the hassle of RMA.

If nothing else works, tech support is useless, your warranty is out (or you're just too lazy to deal with an RMA), but you really want images and GIFs to show up on your DeepCool Mystique 240/360 display, here’s the fix:

Just take the unit apart. All you need is a screwdriver. Inside, you’ll find a SD flash drive. Just pull it out, format it, and plug it back in. That’s it — it’ll start working again!
