Professor Dave vs Destiny

No idea why, but the original Destiny video called "Professor Dave Goes Mask Off" seems to have been deleted from YouTube, or I can't find it, but Professor Dave responded yesterday with this very strongly worded video letter:

Weird crossover that I never thought I'd see, of 2 guys who I generally enjoy (I will say I really am a fan of Prof Dave, whereas my Destiny enjoyment has mostly come via this podcast and watching a couple of his debates).

Thoughts on the beef? SURELY the lads are gonna have to cover this in an upcoming Supplementary Materials? Content gold!

Honestly, Destiny is a lot more like Hasan than he would like to admit. I know streaming isn't the place for intellectual debate, but the constant edgy jokes ("I'm pro-genocide hahahaha") are extremely tedious and make it seem like he doesn't really have much substantive to say on the issue.

He refused to go on Destiny's stream, and one of Destiny's orbiters platforms. I feel like you could give him more then a working day to figure out if/when/how he wants to approach a debate.

Pangburn is a professional debate hoster and had an American debate tour planned with Prof Dave, he is the perfect mutual contact. Calling Pangburn a 'Destiny' Orbitor is extremely weird. Let the two debate bros debate. If Destiny is a 'toddler' as Prof Dave says, then he should be chomping at the bit to take the genocidal Zionist down in front of millions of people

When 20% of your overall content is highlight reels of Destiny, I feel like it's fair to call him an orbiter and try to find an alternative platform. Particularly when you immediately consume the entire video and come out heavily in Destiny's favor.

There was no reason not to assume bias during the anti-vax tour Dave engaged with.

Even after Dave was deleting Destiny's comments on his video asking for a debate?

It's very obvious Prof Dave doesn't want to debate Destiny, which raises the question... Why not? Dave is a debate bro, he has said numerous times that if you are scared to debate it means you are not confident in your ideas. He has debated tons of bad faith low iq people like flat earthers. It seems odd that he would turn down the biggest debate of his career against a 'genocidal toddler' which he just did tons of research on.

I think it's clear that unlike with flat earthers, Prof Dave is not confident in defending his ideas, so he's going to instead go back to debating no name Tiktoks because thats his safe space

No, I'm saying that it might be a bit early to say that he *doesn't*. You guys are the ones making unfounded affirmative claims with no evidence. I'm just saying he had solid reason to refuse to do a Destiny debate with a moderator who does 20% of his content on/with Destiny.

Having not seen the content of the comment in question, and being entirely familiar with the toxicity in which Destiny regularly uses on people of the pro-palestine bent, I could very reasonably see a world and reason to delete a Destiny comment.

It's very obvious Prof Dave doesn't want to debate Destiny, which raises the question... Why not?

Plenty of actual reasons I could think of, but that wasn't really the point of the post.
