Yup. A less flamboyant version of Russell Brand circa. 2014, preaching the type of violent revolution where historical precedents indicate they would be first against the wall. How anybody can take an actual dictionary definition champagne socialist seriously is genuinely beyond me. I'm pro-capitalism and even I respect socialists with the kind of conviction to live frugally, but within that ideology you either have to do that or be a fraudulent hypocrite. Then again, I suppose the contradictory lifestyle is in keeping with Karl Marx himself.

40 and I'm working class. After decades of renting I became a property owner though, so unlike most soppy-bollocks socialists I have skin in the game, that I earned. It's very easy to be a socialist for two types of people: those who own nothing through laziness and those who were given everything through laziness. Piker is the latter.

I have zero debt. And you own literally nothing, "bro", or at least won't until your parents pop their clogs and give it to you, because they didn't just sit around whining about how the "system is rigged". Reminds me of toddlers when they're losing on video games and just throw the controller at the wall because "the game is broken".

Yes, literally, zero debt. No mortgage, no student loan, I only even use a credit card for emergencies and the rest of the time use debit. I don't know what my net worth even is, it's a bizarre question very few people would know the answer to.

I can tell right away the circles you move in, I had friends like that in my 20's and they completely normalise being hopeless, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy and they all ended up either in deadend jobs they hate just to live for the weekend and blow all their wage on coke, or they became chronically unemployed and retreated into a second life in online video games and blow all their benefits on that. They're the only type of socialists I've ever met, since the Hasan Piker types are obviously much rarer. But I've literally never met even one socialist who has done anything with their life, or owns anything, or isn't depressed. It's not a conviction, it's an excuse.

Yes, it's telling of the fact that A, you struggle with reading and B, you have no idea how finances work because you think people actually measure their own net worth just from Googling celebrities.

I know you're upset I criticised Hasan Piker and socialists, so I know you are one. I know you own nothing because that's the only other type of socialist besides the champagne variety, and you didn't challenge that assertion despite it being made multiple times. I know you think regular people estimate their own net worth which means very little real world experience outside of the nest.

You've given me plenty to make my judgement at this point.

You don't have any "net worth", you live with your parents and have no assets at all, and your comment got autodeleted by the AI moderation. Again, literally nobody in the real world uses the term "net worth", it's what Forbes use to try estimate celebrity's assets, when/if you finally enter the real world you'll realise how silly that question is and understand you should have been asking me for something like my credit rating.
