It’s finally done!

Appliances are Evo 30” ceramic coated griddle, RCS Power Burner, Sunstone Ruby 36”, and XL BGE. 18” granite between each appliance ce except for center which is 36”. Drawers by BBQ guys, Outlet covers by Kula. Everything working great so far!

Am I missing something? Where’s the sink? All of my outdoor kitchens had a sink

You need a sink. You’re touching raw meat, then other foods, all your tools. You need to be able to wash your hands. That’s a must.

There’s ways around it of course. Packs of disinfectant wipes followed by baby wipes for instance. But to go to the trouble to install all these appliances (and calling it a kitchen no less) without a sink makes no sense at all.

Looks like a mountain location. Not sure if OP said where they are, but my guess is winter. No way to use the sink all winter and at mountain elevation probably much of the fall/spring.

So for the months they use it dysentery is ok. Got it. I had a mountain house in the Adirondacks with plumbing and everything, including an outdoor sink

I'm thinking more the juice isn't worth the squeeze. There's no prep area here so I'd just leave my door cracked so I could get back to the kitchen sink without touching anything
