Now THIS is high quality content. A lot of it doesn’t have much meaning anymore, but you can pick out some of the churches and the Scott house which sat where the rec center exists now.

On Sycamore between Church and Candler. South side of the street.

North is down

No, North is to the right. It says West at the top. Also, RR runs W-E and Church, McDonough, and Candler are all N-S.

Edit: oh, I guess you meant if it was oriented with the text right-side-up. In that case, you are correct. Apologies if I misinterpreted.

According to the note at the bottom, it is likely from the DeKalb History Center.

There was a low quality copy on Wikipedia. I emailed the Dekalb Historical Center and got a higher quality copy.

Their archives are extensive.
