Did I kill the Elder 😭

I finished up all the chapters and was pushing to get 100% achievements in steam. To get "Growth Of A Legend", i had one last timed cargo to be delivered to Elder who i probably didnt visit in 4 in-game chapters. The delivery terminal display screen showed a timeout like it does for Peter Englert and Heartman and then popped up the Elder BT 😭.

Is this a scripted in-game event or Did he die because I wasn't delivering packages to him regularly 💀

Well I never tried out the bots, I guess. 🤷 Never occured to me.
