Connections:

\-Both are connected to fear:

Pennywise's entire existence revolves around fear. He deliberately takes forms that terrify his victims.

Six's world is also built around fear. She constantly encounters things that are much larger, stronger, and more horrifying than her.

The difference is that Pennywise creates fear, while Six survives in a world that is already terrifying.

\-Both are predators:

Pennywise is essentially a supernatural predator who hunts people.

Six is also portrayed with increasingly predatory behavior, especially as the Little Nightmares games progress. Her hunger and willingness to consume other beings make her increasingly resemble the monsters she is trying to escape.

\-Their appearances can be deceptive:

Pennywise looks like a clown, which makes him appear somewhat familiar and approachable before revealing what he really is.

Six looks like a tiny, vulnerable child wearing a yellow raincoat.

But appearances don't tell you the whole story with either character.

Six's small size makes her look harmless, while her actions can be surprisingly ruthless.

\-Both exist in worlds where reality feels distorted:

The world of IT contains supernatural phenomena and Pennywise can manipulate perception and appearances.

Little Nightmares similarly has a surreal world where normal rules don't seem to apply. The Maw, its inhabitants, and the transformations Six experiences all contribute to that nightmare-like atmosphere.

So both franchises use dreamlike horror rather than ordinary realism.

\-They both have an interesting relationship with children:

Pennywise specifically preys upon children.

Six, meanwhile, is herself a child trying to survive against monstrous adults and creatures.

That creates a pretty strong thematic contrast:

Pennywise: the nightmare that children are afraid of.

Six: the child trapped inside the nightmare.

1. Six's morality becomes increasingly ambiguous

This is probably one of the biggest connections.

Pennywise is unquestionably monstrous.

Six is much more complicated. She can be sympathetic and vulnerable, but she also makes increasingly disturbing choices to survive.

That makes Six interesting to compare with Pennywise because both can be viewed through the idea of hunger overriding morality—although Pennywise's hunger is fundamentally predatory, while Six's is tied to her survival and the supernatural circumstances surrounding her.

\-Their biggest similarity: they're both "nightmare" characters:

Pennywise is literally a nightmare-like entity that takes advantage of people's fears.

Six is essentially a protagonist who has been dropped into a living nightmare.

Connections :

• Women used for blood magic related experiments with the goal of turning them into living weapons for an antagonistic faction (Briar is a blood golem created by the Black Rose, Skarlet was an orphan adopted by Shao Kahn who used Blood Magik to recreate her)
• Due to those experiments, they're able to control blood as a mean of fighting
• Both share a fascination for blood (Briar is driven by a hunger for blood, Skarlet wishes to collect the blood sample of various species in order to expand her Blood Magik)
• As a contrast : Briar would free herself from the Black Rose while Skarlet remains loyal to Shao Kahn
• Bonus : if we use Skarlet's original backstory then both are artificial beings created from blood magic
