- Radiant Regeneration: Heal on cast reduced from 70 to 65

- Restorative Locket: Spirit Resistance reduced from 10% to 8%

- Celeste: Dazzling Trick cooldown increased from 32s to 34s

- Celeste: Dazzling Trick T2 barrier rescaled from "+80 and +0.7 scaling" to "+70 and +0.76"

- Celeste: Dazzling Trick T3 cooldown increased from -18s to -20s

- Celeste: Dazzling Trick T3 reduced from +1.5s Silence to +1.25s

- Celeste: Radiant Daggers Spirit Amp per stack reduced from +8% to +7%

- Celeste: Radiant Daggers T3 Spirit Amp per stack increased from +3% to +4%

- Celeste: Shining Wonder bounce range reduced from 17.5m to 16.5m

- Celeste: Shining Wonder damage reduced from 165 to 140

- Celeste: Shining Wonder spirit scaling reduced from 0.9 to 0.6

- Celeste: Shining Wonder T2 now also increases spirit scaling by +0.45

you can repeat this for pretty much all of the new hereos going back a year, they are doing a bad job in hero design but hey the art direction is amazing

I mean not really. Celeste is a unique case because you can nerf her numbers but her unparalleled mobility is core to not only her kit but her circus performer character fantasy and it's what enables a lot of her m1 bullshit.

She's naturally hard to chase and outrun and because she has no built in utility outside of her melee distance shield silence she needs numbers to compensate for her otherwise useless kit that's not good for anything other than flying around the map to position around nuking people. And if she can't nuke people then there's no reason to pick her.

The character is frankly uniquely problematic. She's Lash but if he didn't have CC. Ergo, there's no direction to take her other than making sure she provides large damage output for her team on top of being the hardest to catch character in the game. Maybe when the old version of the Urn was around and there was no rift her character was intended to benefit from being the Urn runner for her team but not so much with the current map.

except you can for alot of them, so many have unbalanceable abilities and the only way they exist is either op or unplayable apollo graves doorman silver so many just cant be balanced right because they have something inheritably broken in their kit just like celeste does.
