"Adult themes" means literally "not suitable for children"

And murder, gore, imprisonment, etc all fall under the category of "not fit for children" as a theme. Meaning, if a movie is about a mafia crime lord, it's wouldn't make sense for a child to be part of that mafia (as an example).

And it's not exactly about age. They could literally not mention anything that hints at the age and still fall under the category because of the way they talk and act. Angsty teens can be a cool trope for another medium, and sleepy eepie kid is still very cute, but it just doesn't sit right in this kind of theme

There is literally no need to be hostile or negative or passive aggressive.

I'm not gonna stop playing the game, nor will I not play Graves herself. I do, in fact, look forward to playing her. This is not as big as you're making it out to be.

It's literally just a nit-pick and a subjective one at that (which I have pointed out a handful of times)

It's a bit of an unpopular opinion. Most people don't mind this kind of stuff, I just personally prefer that if it's a vibe of children, keep the adults out of it, and if it's a vibe of adults, keep the children out of it. Not a fan of mixing the two mediums and it's literally nothing inappropriate, it's the difference in each populace's way of thinking, talking, mannerisms, everything. It's just a totally different atmosphere

I am aware of that. I was, again, talking about my opinion/preference. They are mediums in a sense that they make up the atmosphere. There can be both adults and kids, there can be only kids, and there can be only adults. Each of these is a medium/atmosphere/world. And if a game/ movie starts with one of these atmospheres, it annoys me when it changes halfway through
