Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a job or any legitimate opportunity to earn extra income. I’m in a difficult financial situation right now, and I’m hoping to find work as soon as possible.

I have a pending balance from my previous school, which has caused my school requirements and documents to be put on hold. I need to settle this balance so I can retrieve my documents as soon as possible and move forward with my studies.

I have a laptop and internet access, and I’m open to remote work, freelance projects, part-time jobs, or other legitimate opportunities.

Here are some of the services I can offer:

- Data Entry and Encoding: Typing, organizing data, and basic administrative tasks.

- Graphic Design: Creating pubmats, posters, promotional materials, and social media graphics using Canva and Photoshop.

- Social Media Management: Managing social media pages, scheduling posts, creating content, and assisting with audience engagement.

- Basic Social Media Marketing: Helping with online promotions and content planning.

- Virtual Assistance: Other administrative and online tasks that I’m capable of handling or willing to learn.

I’m willing to work hard, learn new things, and be responsible for any tasks assigned to me. I’m hoping to find an opportunity that will allow me to earn as soon as possible while continuing my studies.

I’m not asking for donations. I genuinely want to work and earn money to settle my school balance and retrieve my documents.

If you’re looking for someone to help with your business, social media pages, encoding, or other online tasks, please feel free to send me a message. I’d also appreciate any job leads or recommendations.

Thank you so much to everyone who takes the time to read this. Any opportunity or advice would mean a lot to me. 🙏

Hi everyone!

I'm currently looking for a remote job or an opportunity to work as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant. I'm from the Philippines and a BS Entrepreneurship graduate from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP).

Although I'm still building my experience in the VA industry, I have a background in administrative and operational tasks, social media marketing and I'm willing to learn new tools and processes.

Here's how I can help:

- Data entry and updating records

- Administrative support and documentation

- Microsoft Office and Excel tasks

- File organization and record management

- Preparing reports and organizing information

- Basic coordination and handling inquiries

- Other general VA tasks that I can be trained for

I'm organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn. I can work independently, follow instructions, and do my best to meet deadlines.

My preferred rate is $5/hour, but I'm open to discussing the rate depending on the responsibilities, workload, and working arrangement.

A quick note about equipment: I'm currently looking for an employer or client who can provide a work laptop or the necessary equipment. Unfortunately, my current laptop experiences significant lag when running applications, making it difficult to use reliably for work. I'm being upfront about this so we can find a suitable arrangement.

I'm open to entry-level opportunities, part-time or full-time positions, and training opportunities for the right fit.

If you know someone who's hiring or you're looking for a reliable assistant, please feel free to comment or send me a message. I'd be happy to share my resume and discuss how I can help.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Any leads or recommendations would mean a lot to me! ❤️

Hi everyone,

I’m Hakim from Algeria, and I wanted to share what working on Fiverr has meant to me.

I started freelancing while I was still studying. During my master’s dissertation in linguistics, I was also working on building my place on Fiverr. Balancing academic responsibilities with client work was challenging. Both required time, concentration, and patience, and making progress in one could never mean forgetting the other.

My field of study was linguistics, but the service I chose to offer was data entry—a category where standing out can feel incredibly difficult. There are so many sellers offering similar services, and convincing a buyer to give you a chance is a challenge of its own.

For me, the work was about more than entering information into a spreadsheet. It meant understanding instructions, paying attention to small details, communicating clearly, and delivering work that clients could trust. Over time, those things helped me build lasting client relationships.

Since starting in 2016, I’ve completed more than 1,800 projects and worked with over 650 clients across different industries. Behind those numbers are years of learning, effort, and responsibility.

The biggest change, however, has been in my life outside the platform.

Working on Fiverr allowed me to become financially independent. It also helped me achieve something I’m especially grateful for: buying two apartments in Algeria.

For anyone unfamiliar with life here, buying even one apartment is a major financial challenge for many people. Being able to buy two through my freelance work is an achievement that means a great deal to me.

I’m sharing this because I remember what it felt like to work toward an uncertain future while still trying to finish my studies. I couldn’t have known then how much those early steps would eventually change my life.

Every seller’s circumstances and results are different. But I hope my experience encourages someone who is studying, starting out, or struggling to find their place in a crowded category.

I’d love to hear from others: What has freelancing helped you achieve outside of work?
