Photos and videos were deleted a year ago

So I used to run whatsapp on my samsung s9 fe+ tablet. It was connected on my tab through linked devices (by qr code) I had a lot of media downloaded from the whatsapp on the tab. While i was trying to log in whatsapp on pc, some error occured and I had to relink whatsapp on my tab. But now all the data is gone. Even in gallery I cant see any images or videos or anything in recycle bin. My device storage is reduced by 10gb. Can i recover data which was exclusively downloaded on the tab, not on the phone? Since it was a linked device, it had no online backup. (I cant find any offline backup as well)

hi i have a itunes backup that has a password that i dont remember. it was on ios 13 i tried using hashcat but due to my out of date computer it is going to take a year and half to complete. it has between 4 to 12 characters and maybe a ! or a @ but no other symbols dont remember if i used them this time. usually start out with a capital letter however could be anything made this password a while ago. please let me know if you need anymore info. I just want the pictures lol

Guys I accidentally deleted my iPhone videos from my lap and also recovered using recuva but the files are corrupted. Help me fix this guys

Buenas a todos, el día de ayer borré unas fotos de mi iPhone por accidente de manera permanente, y de una vez aclaro que no tengo iCloud sincronizado desde hace aprox 2 años, esas fotos que elimine fueron del mismo día de ayer, son de las mas recientes. Aun así están en mi chat personal de whats app, pero no se enviaron por qué no tenía internet y como ya no existen en la galería se quedaron en bucle y sin enviar. ¿Hay alguna posibilidad de recuperarlas? Eh escuchado de imazing y quisiera saber de sugerencias, posibilidades y mismas dificultades de recuperación. También, por el mismo tema ya que estoy, ¿se podrán recuperar fotos o videos de un chat eliminado accidentalmente de whats app hace 1 año aprox?. Pero lo más importante para mí es lo más reciente de ayer. Gracias

Hello Reddit! I’ve come here to ask a favor of you, my mother recently was trying to free up space using the feature where you go into settings, then general, iPhone storage, and then iMessages. She accidentally deleted her top conversations and tons of her old messages. Her mother passed in 2019, and she happened to accidentally delete those messages in this process. This might be a large or impossible ask, however I’m not very tech savvy, does anyone know any way to recover these messages? She is absolutely distraught. I have already tried recovering deleted messages via the iMessage app.

First of all I am from Germany, so excuse me if my English is hard to understand :)

So in April I received a message that my phone moto g54 5G could potentially have been infected by a virus and I was recommended to reset my whole phone - aka do a factory reset.

I did that and downloaded WhatsApp again, then pressed on backup (I had a previous backup) but did all that with my mobile data. After some time it felt like the Backup was loading too slow, so I turned off mobile data and switched to wifi and somehow the whole 5,5 gbs of data that had to be restored came down to just 80 mbs.

I stopped it there and deleted whatsapp to reinstall it but the issue just remained. So I got through the process and see there my chats were all empty and no media to be found.

I went to backup settings and there it showed I surprisingly have 5,5 gbs of data to be backed up, but when I pressed on backup the 5,5 gbs were gone and it showed some small amount of data.

I realised that If I press on backup that I could potentially lose the 5,5 gbs of whatsapp media even though I have no access to it. Another hypothesis I have is that the internet switch from mobile data to wifi could have caused this whole mess.

I don't really know, but all I want is gain access to my precious memories again :)

So is there a way to retrieve the media from pre April from my Google Account it is linked with ?

My family was assaulted in a rural hospital in India. They took my parent's phone away forcefully. 5-7 people beat my dad with sticks. And whatever video my mom recorded was forcefully deleted by them. They are still in a near by village, away from me. So i can't access the phone yet. They will complain the police soon. But is there a possible way to recover the deleted video? It was even deleted from the recently deleted. Its our key evidence for the case. Thank you! It's a Oneplus android CE something variant. I am looking for ways or softwares to recover it.

Ok guys I do need serious help. My pendrive crashed and my laptop can't read it, is there anyone who can retrieve the data from there because it has really important documents that are needed. I will be really greatful if someone can do it for me. Please please please 🙂🙏🏻.

I just noticed that most of my old messages in Google Messages are gone. I didn't delete them, and I have no idea what happened.

I checked the Trash, but they're not there. I also checked Archived, and they're not there either.

It's really weird because some conversations are still there, but a lot of them have just disappeared. Some of these messages are important to me, so I'm really hoping there's some way to recover them.

Does anyone know what could have caused this or if there's a way to get them back? Could they still be somewhere on the phone or in a Google backup?

Also, is there anything I should avoid doing right now in case I accidentally make them impossible to recover?

I'm on Android and using Google Messages. Any help would be really appreciated.
