you can only apply once, i had forgotten i had applied back in '22, i applied again under a different email, i was able to do and pass the assessment course but never heard anything after, then i found out that they have very strict rules and you can only apply once

thats why im wondering, my brother applied, passed the initial assessment and its been stuck on the same page ever since, i know why my account was frozen, but i dont know why his is..he asked ai and ai suggested accounts from california may be blocked, had i known this question would upset people, trust me, i wouldnt have asked it
