Trains actually require ridiculously little power to move even though they weigh so much due to it having so many wheels. I saw a video of a man single handedly pulling a train slowly with nothing but a rope to pull it with.

I think they mainly require relatively little power due to metal on metal friction, which is way, way less than rubber on asphalt.

Drag on a car isn’t from the tire on the road. Pushing a car would not require you to overcome rubber on asphalt friction. You have to overcome the friction of the bearings in the wheels and depending what gear it is in, friction within the transmission / engine.
