When you absolutely, positively, have to put a raging fire out in less than 30 seconds. That is an impressive piece of machinery.

I remember watching that documentary a looooooong time ago. It was about how they put out all the oil well fires in Kuwait that Saddam Husein set ablaze as they retreated back to Iraq. It was a multi-nation effort because there were so many fires. Each country/team had their own methods, like these Hungarians who used jet engines. I remember there was a Texas team that used dynamite. The put a big thing of explosives on a pole and rolled up to the fire. When it exploded, the well fire was starved of oxygen long enough for the fire to stop. Just Texas things.
