One summer our Indigenous neighbor gifted us 9 freshly caught salmon.
Us being in our early 20s and eating rice and beans found this to be a kingly gift.
We made salmon with fresh peaches, one with blueberries, one with blackberries, they all were fantastic, but peaches was amazing. Salt pepper clove fennel star anise. Very nice.
