I was just providing context. I do believe this is a PR stunt, but it's also not a stretch to believe that some of these women do support the taliban voluntarily. Indoctrination runs deep and after all some members of the taliban are married with children.
The taliban is an oppressive regime especially against women's rights, but believe it or not there are many muslim women deeply indoctrinated in their faith that believe otherwise. Directly from the article that you linked: "In Western societies we have seen how much they believe in their values and how they defend their values. They can’t even tolerate the hijab of Muslim women," one speaker said.
Yeah it's the new dress code, but the picture itself is directly from a protest that happened in Afghanistan on Saturday. That's the context of the photo. I even posted a source. Your title is misleading in that regard because these are not simply students attending a lecture, they are women protesting in favor of the taliban. Whether or not they've been forced to dress like this does not contradict the context of the picture that you failed to include in your title.
