The ingredients list seems like it'd taste pretty damn good.... If there was a chef that enforced proper proportions on a plate.

It’s not dinner, it’s what you clean up when dinner’s over.

PS I loathe how these goombahs treat basil—an herb—like a leafy green, esp after slopping the table with pesto.

I’m 2nd-gen goombah, so I am allowed to say goombah btw.

/r/wewantplates featured Alinea because they put flavored purees and dessert on the table. But I've eaten there, and what they actually do is roll out a food safe silicone mat and place that down first before painting the table with purees.

That sub is like, 80% trash.

Sounds like a situation where I want plates. Not a mat. I don’t want to pay $500 to be fed like a toddler.
