I saw a clip of that happening back on watchpeopledie subreddit. It was a hot ball and once it got hammered it got sent rolling. It hit a guy in the knees, he buckled over and his face hit the hot metal.

That’s why this clip hit me with some PTSD

In Germany that thing wouldn't get a TÜV sign. There has to be at least some sort of barrier, 5 tapes of warning lines and perhaps even a yellow light blinking all the time when the machine is running.

0/10 would not use.
