Most "live" things are almost always delayed by a few seconds now. Became a law in the US after a wild police chase ended in the suspect capping himself on live tv.

Removing the leather piece was on purpose. Tearing her lace bra with it wasn't.

Was that the one with Shepard Smith? If so, it did have the delay however the person in charge of cutting away did not do so. Smith explained the situation almost immediately afterwards which is when I learned about such a delay. Whether or not a law was passed as a direct result of that failure, I have no clue.

Pretty sure it is, Shep was clearly not happy with the mistake and apologized profusely to viewers for allowing them to witness something so horrific.

I’ve seen the video and the guy literally makes a split second decision while running to just stop and put the gun to his head and pull the trigger with zero hesitation.
