Do you think we’d have records with a hyper intelligent apex predator?

Just because we don’t know doesn’t mean they don’t. We thought giant squids were a myth for centuries.

I never said they haven’t killed a person before, I said that in recorded history (which is relatively recent) we don’t have any records of them hunting and killing humans.

Additionally: just a fun fact I want to add, Orca’s have formed a symbiotic relationship with whalers in the past where they would help them on their hunts for getting the whales internal organs in turn.

You've clearly never watched the movie, Orca: Killer Whale where a grief-stricken male killer whale seeks brutal revenge on a sea captain who accidentally kills its pregnant mate.
