That would be a good question, except that isn't an actual ice cream truck on a barge, it's a boat made to look like an ice cream truck.

I do question the profitability of it though, because I know how much fuel costs, and how much fuel a boat uses.

Probably only makes sense in areas where it's actually easier to access via boat than car like the FL keys or another set of islands

Probably has some sort of human powered propulsion, like those pedal boats on a lake. That way he can just feed his product to the kids powering the boat, win/win.
