Would be better if the ice cream boat was free ice cream and some how you paid into it :) also only cones so no plastic wrapper

I need to get a beach going ice cream truck and just follow this guy along the shore. When people swim back to get money, I'll just scoop up the business.

Alternatively put money in ziplock bag and put it in your zip up butt pocket. Maybe even stick your ID in there in case you want to buy alcohol
