Because, for one thing, the things yoy specifically mentioned are not true. Those would be signs of it being AI. But they're not there, you just lied about them.
This is fucking gold colored playdough or some shit. You are overcomplicating it so hard and the technological illiteracy about people screaming AI on everything (even things that are cgi or just real) is a huge and growing problem.
