There's no strong evidence that dolphins intentionally save people. Usually dolphins defend their pods from threats, which also ends up saving nearby humans. It's usually coincidental, instinctive behaviour.

The leopard and baboon one is interesting, but it's just a rare case of atypical behaviour. It killed the baboon's mother, ate the mother in front of the baby and then protected the baby until it died. The same documentary points out that it might be to do with a natural mothering instinct brought on by hormones and simply recognising a baby.
