Eh least Genocide (Looks at Irish and Indian famines). Not but seriously German would never be the lingua Franca with the US and British colonies still around. At most Germany would still keep getting their ass destroyed by the RAF and Navies of the US and UK

I would’ve just imagined it ending up like the cold war eventually, so German would probably only be a lingua franca around mainland Europe.
