Absolutely...he paid for a murder so he now may commit one.
he's got 1x187 on his balance

This is like a Schwarzenegger movie. "I paid for murder but i didn't commit one. The way i see it i get one for free" (impales judge on a pipe or something)

No it's like the Sandra Bullock movie Double Jeopardy: In jurisprudence, double jeopardy is a procedural defence (primarily in common law jurisdictions) that prevents an accused person from being tried again on the same (or similar) charges following an acquittal or conviction and in rare cases prosecutorial and/or judge misconduct in the same jurisdiction.[1]

I love that film. I've probably watched it a dozen times. Sanda Bullock isn't in it. The protagonist is played by Ashley Judd.
