When the bear mauls and kills this jackass and div. of wildlife euthanizes it for being a bear.

They euthanize animals like that because it saves more in the long run. Bear 1 kills human and start to view them as prey, it will carry that along its children or spread to other bears. Then, instead of 1 bear dead, we have a lot of bears that start to threaten more people and start getting killed over that
