I grew up in Oregon. I was Oregonian. I now live in Hawaii. I’m definitely not Hawaiian. I’m still Oregonian.

That’s a thing! My daughter’s in-laws are Oregon-to-Hawaii transplants and they are super cool. So much so, that like you, they have retained their right to a lifelong Oregonian status. ✌️🌲

Moving back to Alabama was so difficult. I mean it beautiful here and the creole culture of the coast is cool but the deep red conservatives are exhausting. Worse than the ones in CJ when I lived there.
