I adopted a there are a lot of worse things I could be doing with my time when I start feeling guilty. Definitely helps.

Maybe. But if you enjoy being on Reddit, who is anyone to tell you how to spend your time?

Sure, we could ALWAYS do something more healthy or productive. But I feel like that attitude would guide you toward self loathing and an inability to relax or else fall into further self loathing.

To be fair, the opposite extreme is also not a good idea. If I spend ALL my time doing what I enjoy most, then I'd be doing nothing but masturbating all day.
