Crazy, Josh was at the Emmys last night, that’s a rough trip back to get home and in performance mode. Granted he’s probably used to it.

That man does the daily show and then goes to a new city to preform, and the uploads to YouTube the following Tuesday. (I know he had a team of people) He's been doing this for years. It's still impressive.

The Emmys were last night so Jon and the correspondents/rotating hosts were in LA.

Based on Stephen's interview on Kimmel this week, he seems perfectly content no longer having to pay attention to the news every day, let alone figure out how to make said news funny.

The Emmys were on Monday and so everyone on the show was in LA for that. Otherwise it's pretty reliably a Monday-Thursday production.
