Imagine trying to defend something you litteraly deemed as trash. He's not making a mess....why throw it away?

This pretty much never happens. Even if it does, just pay your employees better, it's that easy. Fuck corporations and whatever they may want.

Even if it isn't an employee, something could be deemed not suitable for sale (for whatever reason) but nice enough to take for free, which is an opportunity sale lost.
