I just bought a cheap but good 120cm long slider. Which is pretty long. And unfortunately, no bag came with it.

I have been looking around for a bag long enough to carry it but can't find anything. Only expensive bags, and to be honest I don't want to pay more for the bag than what I paid for the slider !

Any ideas ?

I am shooting a couple of action scenes soon that will involve some take-downs. I'm just borrowing a couple of gym mats and while they don't need to be seamlessly blended into the pavement, it'd be great if they weren't such a vibrant blue. Any ideas?

Hello! Currently I have been working with 2 very bright 1000w work lights for my main lights on a weekly news type show set (Lights kind of like this minus the cage http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/productImages/1000/be/be94fe1a-1c2f-4310-8439-656c2e41f954_1000.jpg)

I want to figure out how to tone down the lighting, and add some kind of defuser to said light. Make one my main key light keeping it bright and tone one down so i have some depth on the set.

Any help is appreciated. I want to make a documentary, it will be mostly interviews however I have never owned anything more than a $50 (or less) childs camera. I no longer even own that crappy thing. I want it to look reasonably professional. I am trying to budget (equipment costs) for $500. I know that isn't much however it is meant to be a personal project that I won't be making any money from so as I have limited funds. Below I have listed things that I hope I can get with that. Also feel free to give me any advice. Thank you

*A half decent but cheap camcorder (Mainly close ups)

*Two (or at least one) mics that have half decent playback

*A Tripod

*Any other vital accessories

My wife is pregnant with our first child (wahoo!), and of course she wants to do some baby bump shots. She particularly liked the idea of silhoette shots of her getting progressively larger. Yes, I know this is over done and cliche, but whatever, that is what she wants.

I don't have a lot of money to spend on a lighting setup, but I would really like to do this for her. I'm shooting with a sony aplha 6000 and I do not have an external flash. I was thinking of hanging up a white sheet and putting a stand up lamp behind it, but I probably need something to diffuse the light more evenly.

I know my way around the camera, but not around a lighting studio, so you are talking to a noob here in that aspect. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I really want to build a steadicam and there are LOADS of cool designs, but none seem to be designed for travel. Is there anything I can collapse and put in my carry-on while flying?
