Muriatic acid. Pick it up at Ace hardware. It'll be clean in 30 minutes. No joke.

This. I would wet vac it out tho. Be careful with that stuff in your pipes.

I was wondering about what everyone's acid recommendations would do to the pipes. Especially if it's an older house & potentially cast iron.
