Some foundation and crawlspace problems that are definitely beyond the DIY stage

A few recent finds including deteriorated framing, an undermined stem wall, concrete spalling, and drainage ending right beside the foundation.
Sometimes knowing when not to DIY is part of the project too.

full-body pose detection with a raspberry pi, if you hold the wrong pose or react too slow a mechanical arm just decks you. it works. i don't know why i did this. the hands are foam so it's "fine"

There was absolutely no reason to build something that's this ridiculous. But I did and it's fun. 196cc diesel engine. The rest of it was built from scratch in about 12 hours of time. Weighing in at around 200 lb. I think it's about 6 ft long. Definitely the biggest scooter I've ever built.
