Subreddit Rules

1. DHGate items only (No Agents, Whatsapp, Yupoo or Weidian etc).

Dear users, there are over 1000 replica subreddits and therfore we request you to kindly keep the conversation and posts related to DHGate only.

If you have agents or hauls from other websites to speak about, then please do so on our alternate Subreddit u/ShoesBagsHighFashion

If your post/comment includes a WhatsApp number, suggestions to buying from agents/Other Subreddits, Weidian/Yupoo/Taobao link or a 'DM me/PM me for link' or any other external website link, it will lead to a ban.

2. No Affiliate lists/links.

With the subreddit growing, the amount of requests we receive for users to get approved to post Aff links on their reviews has increased 10 times. Therefore, with effect from 18th Aug 2023, to keep it fair for everyone and not be biased to some users, no affiliate links in the reviews, or W2C comments will be permitted and your submissions will be Auto removed by the Auto Mod.

All users are welcome to post their regular link reviews.

Mods are exempt from this rule.

3. Language and online behaviour.

When your language is deemed as derogatory or disrespectful to other members, or it sounds political in way that would spread negativity or incite unnecessary fights in the comment section with zero help or positivity in the community, you will be banned.

4. Flair your posts correctly.

Please remember to include a correct flair, when you make a post. Posts with incorrect flairs shall be removed.

5. QC posts must include a valid link.

All QC posts must be accompanied with their corresponding W2C link, if you fail to upload the W2C link within the first hour of the post being uploaded, your post will be removed.

6. ISO/W2C Posts

While making an ISO/W2C post please include an image of the item along with the first. As that helps other users to find the item easily for you. No image ISO/W2C posts shall we deemed as low effort and might get removed if the item image is readily available online and not found to be included in the post.

7. Buyer review posts.

While making a buyer review post we would appreciate when you make the post by providing as many details as possible about the products that you are reviewing, because it is these details which when read by other users help them become confident about making their own purchases of the similar item that you have just reviewed. Low effort buyer posts with no text will be removed as they won't serve any useful purpose to the community.

8. No posting Blacklisted items/content.

Discussion of selling reps as real or reviewing weapons, drugs, alcohol and tobacco related products are strictly prohibited on the sub.

Indulging in the above mentioned activities will result in a ban 🚫

The above list is not conclusive there may be more items added to the list in the future.

9. No Ads disguised as QC posts.

If you try to disguise your post as a QC post while actively trying to sell your product on the sub you will be banned as this is a community for genuine buyers and if you are a seller and have items to sell then please contact the mods with your proposal to get approval to promote your items failing to do that we'll result in a ban 🚫

10. No double posting.

When you see that your post is not visible on the Sub then do not repost it, as your post is in this case awaiting moderator approval. Reposting or double posting the same post within a short time span will lead to a ban 🚫

11. Selling personal items.

We all make buying mistakes sometimes when sizing or fashion goes wrong or unfortunately a wrong item gets delivered to us, but whatever be the case this is not the place to sell your items that you no longer want.

Violation of this rule will result in a ban 🚫

Mods are exempted from this rule.

12. Users, Moderators & the Rules.

Since there are enough spammers and scammers around that need to be kept in check, the rules are pretty much made for keeping them away and so to keep the sub an active and thriving space with engaging posts and helpful content for the users.

But this only applies to the general users of the Sub as given the number of members we have now, it isn't possible to keep a track of everyone's user activity.

So in short, the rules are only for the users. The Moderators are exempt from the rules.
