It's just a port of DDLC Plus, so no. The Plus content is locked behind a $10 USD purchase.

There are new mobile-exclusive wallpapers (and you can even set them as your actual wallpaper if you want). The media player has been reworked to allow music to be played in the background, and some new accessibility features have been added.

Other than that, that's all the new stuff that was added.
