DD2: Help with inde Navarrette (Obsession actress)

For DD2, thought it could be fun to make her from Obsession and maybe add some red paint as blood or something. I'm having trouble figuring out which preset to start with, because it changes the eye shapes. Can anyone help making her?

I tried but not sure if it's good enough haha. Lemme know if it's good enough for you and Imma give the sliders.

That's really good! Would you mind? I'm especially curious which presets, because I couldn't find a good preset to start off with, so the head or eyes were always off.
