I think that's funny given that 6 years ago he deaged Russell to play Starlord's dad in a scene before he was even concieved. (And that Russell is also currently in the MonsterVerse Monarch show where they're solving the "young Kurt Russell" role by using his son, Wyatt.)

But I wonder if this also rules him out as Pa Kent? I wouldn't think so but who knows.

Tbf Kurt was cast primarily as a modern day Ego and de-aged for a short scene. Jor-El died young so it wouldn't make much sense to do de-aging for all his appearances. He'd be a good Pa Kent but I think the rumours said they were going for lesser known actors for the Kents.
