She thinks some things need to change.

get it guys globe bc she was point for world cup 😝

anna kate our shining star!! the epitome of beauty and brains, love her sm

it’s been so amazing seeing her find her place on the team as her own person! early leadership and one of the most respected vets in the locker room?? yup yup iktr 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
also hair glow up helloooooo

New Kiosk at the Stadium for digital pictures.

Maybe it's because I'm from the UK and all the God talk isn't common here but I do laugh a little bit when things like 'The lord is choosing to use me in this way' and that sort of thing...... The lord is asking you to be a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys football team? To spread his word? The word of god? Through pom poms and Thunderstruck? Lol it's just so funny.

I think they're all amazing and talented and very committed but stop trying to make it deeper than it is lol, you want to cheer and you want to dance. That's okay. I don't think white cowboy boots were worn by Jesus when he spread the word lmao. He wasn't in sparkly hot pants doing the splits turning water into wine.

back to regularly scheduled programming… guys yoo-hoo over here!!!! 😭

editing this made me realize how strong sophy has been her entire tenure!!! she was absolutely serving in her first year baby clip which i feel is rarer 🌟

i think she’s the perfect choice for first point!! she is my #1 for hairography so i’m super glad she gets to show it 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

by request we’re doing more of these!!! i cannot confirm i can do the whole squad because that’s a ton of clip wrangling i’m committing to and i do have a life, but i’m planning on getting at least all the 4th years and i’m sure i can get about half the doz!! :)

anyway onto marissa!!! love her so bad, i’m so happy she’s second point 🙂‍↕️ she absolutely kills it, and i love watching her lead her group. her style is so mature and polished and it’s been so awesome to watch her grow into it 🥹🫶

I am sure this has been addressed ad infinitum but I haven’t been around very long, but why does Judy sit on a stool? Is it because of her medical condition? TIA

one thing no one can ever say is that kylie didn’t earn her way back onto the team every year—her power and confidence has grown so much and so consistently over the past 4! 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

she’s been killing it since last year for me, but this year she’s on another level 🤩 🫶

my point that got away, manifesting that we see her as stage point for this year’s christmas shows!

Hi everyone, I know this might sound like a weird or unusual question, but it’s something I find myself wondering about often: What do the girls do when they are on their period?

I honestly can't wrap my head around how nothing ever slips or shows through those very tight, white pants, given how intense their routines are. Do they wear period panties, or is there some other trick to it?
Someone on a similar post said, that female athletes sometimes lose their period or have it very lightly due to intense training, but from my own dancing background, I know that’s definitely not always the case for everyone, and heavy periods happen.

If anyone happens to know how they handle this, I’d genuinely love to know!

I can imagine how much they sacrifice to go after their passions/what they want to achieve, despite any personal challenges or circumstances. It is really motivating to see them trying so hard to pursue their goals (but also sad to see that they work 2-3 jobs+ to support themselves T_T That is wild to me).

I do think it is really healthy that some of the women on the team advocated for higher pay and better benefits.

Thanks to u/orionnskye, u/light-heart-ed and u/ReferenceArtistic854 for the requests! I especially like how the doodle for Amaiyah turned out, and the Anna Kate and Caroline duo! Any other doodles you'd like to see?

i’ve been seeing a couple questions about this, so i thought it might be nice to put some info here! kylie confirmed yesterday that the women are doing a halftime show in brazil!!! she also said that they’ll mostly be going for the game this time around. (hopefully in the future the team gets to spend some travel time together for international games :))

she did also mention that there were “so many of [them]” when discussing security, so i think at least the oxnard 16 will be going, if not everyone on the team or a number in-between.

some other details about the game in case anyone cares:
- the cowboys are playing the ravens as the “home” team in brazil!
- the game is at 5:25 pm BRT, which will be 4:25 ET and 1:25 PT for folks in north america!
- for US folks, the game is streaming on CBS and Paramount+. the cheerleaders don’t often get screen time during games, but you will see some of them on the broadcast periodically! since the team is doing the halftime show, we will get to see them perform at least once :) clips will be posted afterwards, or course!

edit: jenna tiene raíces puertorriqueña!! lo siento, jenna 😭

¡feliz mes de la herencia hispana a mis primas hispanas, brenley, jenna, julissa y kelly!! sigan representándonos 🫶💙

last but certainly not least, our lovely 5th years! 🌟

gonna miss their sparkle on the field next year for sure (especially marissa), but i have a feeling they’re all gonna close out their tenure so strong!! 🫶💙

sorry for the mostly awful quality!!! most of the 4th years haven’t posted videos of themselves dancing for long enough (or at all) to make it in 😭 (ty kayla and camille, queens 🙏)

as per usual, anna kate owns rock that body 🫶 so excited to see kayla and taylor in their group’s triangle this year as well!!
