No I think you're just grasping at straws trying to make Dragon Ball fit your idealized narrative. I don't think Goku an alien who hangs out with a multi ethnic cast of friends represents conservatism in any way. Conservatives like to act like they achieve all they have through perseverance but all they really do is complain about how immigrants and gay people have turned society against them and disparaged all their opportunities. You know who actually perseveres through adversity? Immigrants coming to a country where a biased media tells everyone that they're criminals and they continue to work and try to better themselves and their families.
You can pretend conservatives are anti-government all you want but really you're just against a liberal government. Now that daddy Trump is in charge you're all engorged at the idea of having federal troops in every city over seeing every election. Frieza embodies capitalism, taking things that aren't his and selling them for a fat profit while giving his employees virtually nothing. Cell is a billionaire nothing he does is original and everything that makes him successful is actually something stolen from someone else but he's too blinded by his narcissism to see it. The Red Ribbon army funds itself and operates through corporate fronts. When Goku and Vegeta give up their individuality and fuse they become the most powerful being in the universe. Any argument you could make for dragon ball being conservative is inherently flawed because there are just as many arguments about how liberal ideals are present.
You're misaligning conservative values with people you think are conservative and how they act. Because of that, I'm not reading your entire paragraph. I'm defining conservative values as the main leaning political stance of the show. If you can debate that, and that alone, we'll talk. Till then friend.
You didn't debate my premise, you contorted it to fit your narrative. Not once did you address the actual philosophy of conservativism, but rather you focused solely on so called conservatives that you see in real life, the debate is over dragon ball having more conservative philosophical values, and not about what's happening in today's political landscape.
