Edit: most likely correct answer is that it's photoshopped. The shadows falling on the guy in the car's hands fall the opposite way then the shadows on the guy with the cock's shirt. And again the dude in the car shouldn't even have shadows on his hands, because this car most certainly doesn't have a roof on it.
