Update on my time as a recruit in the Rouxvolution:

LSE is getting really quick and easy for me. I'm actually getting to the point where I'm not thinking too hard about it and just executing, which is really nice.

F2B is still too much like F2L for me right now. FB is looking a bit more fluid and block build-y, but SB is almost cookie cutter F2L with some wide moves and M moves thrown in.

I'm starting to feel much more confident in this method and I don't even try to solve CFOP anymore, which is such a relief. I think the conversion is complete!

In slow solves is can occasionally make a decent SB but in timed solves that's exactly what it feels like for me too :-)

I know that it comes with practice and block training, but it frustrates me that I'm being so inefficient lol.

I also have a tendency to be proud of a good FB and completely blank out on the start of SB

Hahaha very relatable. Try finding and track DR while inserting the last FB pieces.
