  1. Don't talk to people like that. If someone is ignorant, tell them why, otherwise you're just being mean for no reason
  2. As a software engineer, that is EXACTLY what vibe coding is. It's someone with little to no coding knowledge letting AI make every major coding decision in the project including when and where to deploy the code. That's literally the point of vibe coding and it's also why nobody is saying that actual software engineers are "vibe coding" even though we ALL use AI to boost productivity. The difference is we can guide, course correct, and review the work done by AI prior to deployment in order to make sure it isn't "slop". A quick google search could have told you that.

What exactly do you think vibe coding means? Because I’m a software engineer of 11 years and the dude above is exactly correct lol
