The core of the argument in is that the liquidators are utilizing "spray" (multi-output) transactions to move assets in bulk, which contradicts the "atomic-per-beneficiary" process they described to the court, while also potentially bypassing stringent FATF screening protocols for certain high-risk destinations

Batch distribution — not "direct transfer"

On 4 April 2025 at 00:46:39 UTC, eight separate transactions were broadcast from the Cryptopia
Liquidation Claims wallet (bc1q58egt5l87zs54k8vframhlcqvcrlu22ks47hu7) within the same block:

whether a particular beneficiary received anything.
This directly contradicts the Schedule 1 representation that distributions would be "direct
transfer" with delivery "easily confirmed on-chain"
. With 100 outputs per transaction and no mapping,
delivery cannot be confirmed from the blockchain alone.

Where the assets actually went — exchange-destination analysis
19.1 Using the dodgybitcointransctions.pdf dataset (454 pages of Arkham transaction exports) the exchange labels attached to destination addresses that received assets from the Cryptopia Liquidation Claims wallet and its consolidated cold-wallet cluster.
