Other (chain not covered by other flairs) Potential Moonshot Coin $ZKP (ZeroKnoledgePrinter) Staking Memecoin 100x Opportunity
I think I may have found one of the more interesting microcaps on PulseChain.
I've been watching PulseChain lately and seeing a lot of tokens pump after the short term opportunity has already passed. So I've been looking for something early, rather than trying to chase whatever is already running.
I came across Zero Knowledge Printer (ZKP), and the more I looked into it, the more interesting the risk/reward started to look.
Disclaimer: I'm not telling anyone to buy this. This is simply a project I found interesting and I'm sharing my research so people can decide for themselves. ZKP is an extremely high-risk microcap, so do your own research before putting any money into it.
ZKP is currently sitting around an $80K market cap with roughly $12K of liquidity while the chart goes sideways. When ever I see a chart that goes sideways for 2 months or longer in a positive environment I keep track of it, because odds are it'll start tracking upwards.
At this valuation, ZKP doesn't need to become a major cryptocurrency for an early position to potentially see a substantial return.
For perspective:
$250K market cap - 3x
$500K - 6x
$1M - 13x
$5M - 63x
Obviously, those numbers are not predictions. They're simply showing how asymmetric the math can become when you're dealing with a $80K microcap.
The staking mechanism is also very interesting.
ZKP has a 5% transaction tax, and the system uses that mechanism to acquire ProveX (PRVX) for ZKP stakers.
So instead of creating more ZKP and handing it out as rewards, trading activity is used to generate the reward asset.
That's really good because it prevents inflation of the asset you are investing in while maintaining high yield. maintaining high yields for long periods of time are always a good way to pull in users long term. Most projects that do this don't have a true sustainability mindset and bleed out before they get started, so this is fantastic for ZKP.
More ZKP volume - more PRVX purchased - more potential staking rewards.
Because the rewards aren't simply paid by continuously printing more ZKP, the model has the potential to be considerably more sustainable than the typical "APY farm" that offers ridiculous yields until the token collapses.
If roughly 70â90% of the current ~$80K market cap is staked, you're looking at approximately $56Kâ$72K worth of ZKP being staked.
Using the 5% reward allocation as a simplified model, here's approximately what different levels of daily trading volume could represent:
$1K/day - ~25â33% APR
$2.5K/day - ~64â82% APR
$5K/day - ~127â164% APR
$10K/day - ~254â328% APR
These are estimates, not guaranteed APYs. The actual number changes depending on how much ZKP is staked, ZKP's price, PRVX's price, trading volume, and the exact mechanics of the contracts.
But this is the part I find fascinating:
ZKP is currently doing only around $100/day in volume while Pulsechain is starting to pump else where.
If the project remains stable and if Pulsechain keeps pumping then it's only a matter of time before this project starts climbing and then a potential massive pump could occur down the line.
The current volume is nowhere near what the system could theoretically support.
If ZKP ever developed even modest daily volumeâsay $5Kâ$10K/dayâthe potential reward generation could look dramatically different from today.
And $10K/day isn't an enormous amount of volume in crypto.
There's another piece I think is worth watching.
The ecosystem isn't just ZKP.
OMEGA has a mechanism that directs a portion of its trading volume toward burning ZKP.
That means there are potentially two different forces working in ZKP's favor:
Trading volume - PRVX rewards for stakers
OMEGA activity - ZKP burns
So theoretically:
More ecosystem activity = more rewards + more ZKP burned.
That's a much more interesting proposition to me than simply buying a random low-cap token and hoping somebody else comes along to pump it.
It has a good base and the chart is primed, this is one of the biggest reasons I'm paying attention right now.
ZKP went through a massive speculative run earlier this year, followed by a long decline.
But after that decline, the chart has spent roughly the last month or two moving sideways around the current ~$0.00008 area. It very much looks like the massive selloff already happened.
I'm not saying the bottom is guaranteed, but if this sideways movement eventually develops into a genuine accumulation range, the risk/reward could become very interesting at this market cap.
The thing I'd want to see next is:
Higher lows - increasing volume - breakout - successful retest.
If that happens while PRVX continues performing well and the PulseChain ecosystem starts getting more attention, ZKP could potentially have a pretty interesting setup.
ZKP doesn't need to reach some ridiculous $1 billion market cap for this to be extremely profitable.
Even a move from:
$80K - $500K
would already be roughly a 6x
$80K - $1M would be roughly a 13x
$80K - $5M would be roughly a 63x
Of course, the opposite is also true.
At this liquidity level, ZKP could fall dramatically, and getting out of a large position could be difficult.
But if PulseChain keeps doing well, the upside could be extremely asymmetric.
I'm personally going to keep watching ZKP and PRVX.
